If the section/location of the grave is unknown, please contact the cemetery for this information.

Does Grave Care and Clean take special request?
Yes, within reason. For an example, sing happy birthday or read a memo.

How long will it take for service?
Most services can be provided within 5 days of invoice payment, depending on availability and weather conditions. You will receive an invoice within 48 hours after placing order. The before & after photos will be emailed on day of service.

Are payments safe and secure?
Yes, you can use a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card to pay through PayPal.

Does Grave Care and Clean adhere to cemetery guidelines?
Yes!

Does Grave Care and Clean deliver wreaths and grave blankets?
Yes! More details on grave blankets and wreaths will appear on the web-site in the fall.

How long does the premium silk flower bouquets last? We use premium silk flowers with a sturdy and secure base. Most arrangements last a few months. Although, we can’t control damage that may be caused by weather, animals, cemetery equipment and workers, etc.

When will I receive before/after photo?
The day of service.

When will you confirm my order?
Within 48 hours of purchase a Grave Care Specialist will first assure that the details in your order are correct before you're invoiced.
